My mother was a resident of the Addison for almost a year. She received excellent care. The staff was involved with her, making her aware of daily activities, and helping her when she needed it. One of the staff, Donna, is an absolute treasure, so insightful, patient and kind.
Hands down, The Addison of Fayetteville is the absolute best at what they do! I’ve worked with other long-term ‘elder care’ companies, but my experiences with this corporation has afforded me a lifetime of friendship, fulfillment, and wisdom. Not to mention, The Addison offers absolute top-tier memory care programming. The staff is always warm and welcoming. The Addison of Fayetteville delivers nothing short of the quality care their mission seeks to provide.
I would not recommend this facility at all. My dad was a resident for 2 weeks and for 5 nights they held him against doctors orders and his will on the memory side because of a situation due to miscommunication by myself, over laundry that had not been done the 9 days he lived in the Assisted Living side. The Executive Director was not willing to return him to the assisted living side, probably even once the doctor reassessed him. I will say that Rhonda Murphy, The Sales and Marketing Director, was absolutely wonderful from day one. She was very kind, patient and was very helpful in the process. There are some other pretty amazing folks working there also, Marcio and CC and I'm sure more, but something needs to be done about the Executive Director.
