We have been at Teton Healthcare for 2 months. We have had excellent care by everyone here at Teton Healthcare. All the staff have been excellent at taking care of my wife, from wound care, physical and occupational care, mental care, and just everything else. When we are scheduled for a Doctor visit, kidney dialysis, etc. they are excellent at getting my wife ready to travel and get her to these appointments on time. Each person on staff is very qualified and caring at their job. We have not had a single bad experience with any of the staff. The staff goes to extra effort each day. The wound care my wife needed was expertly done and with as little discomfort as possible. I can say, choosing Teton Healthcare was an excellent choice.

I am currently employed at Teton Healthcare of Cascadia as their Activity Director. While I don't typically write reviews for my employers, this company deserves recognition for its dedication to its employees, patients, and residents. I have always had many ideas for improving the experience of living in a nursing home or being temporarily hospitalized while recovering from an injury or illness. Teton Healthcare of Cascadia is the first company that has not only verbally supported my ideas but has also provided funding to create things like a portable sensory room, dignity covers in the dining room instead of bibs, interactive gaming systems and a calendar full of various activities. All of these efforts are aimed at enhancing the patient/resident experience. I want to acknowledge the unique opportunity I have been given to be a part of this program. As an employee, I have never felt more supported throughout my entire career. Our department now has three of us to accomplish the life enrichment goals of all who come through our doors. We have a dedicated management team that listens to our needs and concerns. We also have a Resident Ambassador program that empowers residents to make a difference in their environment, which I believe should be implemented in all facilities. Our Resident Council is actively engaged in promoting a positive living environment. Additionally, we are provided with access to newer technology systems that further enrich our day-to-day experiences. The staff at THC is amazing I was the there for 2 months, they work there butts off. I appreciate everything that they’ve done for me. I hope I spell their names right here we go… Jason, Dominik Amber, Payola ( a special shout to her she was there for me when I had a come apart) Kelly she is the activity director (she’s Awesome 😎) Michelle(#1Rn) Susan, Laney, Jayce, Lizzy Taylor, Kristalina, Jason-SUPERMAN!!! Yep I put it out there lol.Jamie umm who am I forgetting House Keeping we I was not able to get up they talked to me while cleaning my room(I appreciate that so much) I miss everyone and the residents so much but I also love being home. I love ya guys 🥰
Julia in admissions is very friendly and helpful. Their activities department has the most unique and engaging activities and events! Teton is a clean building and I would definitely send my family here if needed.
I was a patient on the rehab wing at Teton Healthcare and Rehab for 3 months. During my stay I was continually impressed by the nursing staff. My call light was answered with a knock on the door and a smile. I was treated with respect my entire stay. This facility is very clean and without any "nursing home" odors. The entire staff seems to enjoy working there. I would recommend Teton without hesitation ! Patricia Ingalls
