My Aunt is currently staying at Terrace View, she is extremely happy with the care and therapy she is receiving. She has been in 2 other nursings home before in Fullerton and Brea but this is by far the best! She was admitted here the day before her birthday and the staff were very accomodating and allowed our big family to use their patio to celebrate our aunt’s birthday. We saw how clean the facility is and we witnessed how attentive the staff are to her needs. No long waiting times for her light to be answered. The nurses are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, she mentioned her favorite nurses are Janine, Pauline, Vangie, Carol and CNAs are Aldrin and Waris but all the others treat her very good as well. The therapy team is also very involved with her progress, they make sure she attends her sessions everyday, she proudly tells us that the therapists here are excellent specially Tess, Jong, EJ and Tina. The activities department also makes her stay here exceptional. While she was at the other 2 nursing homes, she was not involved in any daily activities but at Terrace View, they have tons of activities to keep her from getting bored. Our family can’t thank you enough for caring for my Aunt.

We toured this place while my mom was at St. Jude, first impression is impressive, it smells and looks like a hotel. We chose it after touring 3 other places as it is also the recommended nursing home by the hospital. We are very happy Mom is at Terrace View, the care from the nurses and aides, therapists and activities is above and beyond our expectations. Mom is very happy with her stay and speedy recovery.
My mom who is 90 years young, was transferred here from Anaheim Regional hospital. The staff here is very pleasant, sensitive to their residents needs and available when needed. The facility was able to accommodate mom’s special needs. This place is very clean and welcoming. You can absolutely trust your loved ones with them.
Efficient, very good rehab programs, very very good food! Good staff mambers.
This facility has friendly and personable staff! I felt like they really took great care of my relative and were always attentive to her needs. Im glad we chose a shared room at this care center because she enjoyed having the company of her roommate during the times when we were not there.
