Great location, clean building, decorated nicely especially for all the holidays, excellent price, BUT....we don't have a parking spot assigned to us and there's a roach problem here. It doesn't matter how clean your place is, there's roaches! We're currently looking for another 55+ available parking and no roaches...I can't live with roaches...gross

Although not luxury apartments as advertised; this independent senior living apartments offer a nearly perfect location. Access to all types of shopping needed as well as all medical facilities and more. There are no amenities. If you are looking for low rent, this place does offer that. I lived here for five years and I cannot say that it is a safe place to live for seniors.
Terrace Gardens management is appaling! I have been harassed by the manager! I am a working caregiver but nowhere to park. My client has not been given a parking space and I was told I can't park overnite in guest parking or handicap even though I have my own handicap placart! What's a caretaker to do!!!
Great apartment building. friendly neighbors, clean environment. Highly recommended. You will love living here.
It's a nice place to live.
