This place is not sanitary at all bugs and ants crawling around floors all sticky. The food is not edible. I don’t know who is writing these good reviews on this place. Do not send you loved one there because they will make up any excuse to keep theme there. Like your insurance will not let you or cover you also you will have to pay a big co-pay. Some of the staff are good people of course but doesn’t makeup for all the bad in there. The food is so bad some of the patients don’t eat it at all. Please do not send your loved ones there. I have pics to back all this up.

I am in another rehab facility. Trust me, no one truly wants to be patient. Tempe post has a special flavor to it at lessons. The fact that I am away from home and the food which is so so. I find it is the staff that really listens to my needs.The last facility I wasn’t sure why I was there. I find myself out within 24 hours. Then I was taken to the hospital did a week stent and then was referred to Tempe Post. There are many things that are regimented, however, I see why. It works if you Are honest to yourself and not just doing time. I am pleased With the progress I have made and is due to many activities great staff and often. As I don’t plan to ever be in a facility again this has been a positive experience for me.
Very professional staff, from the top to the bottom always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, beautiful nurses, good food major snack bar kinda like having room service felt like a king! They let me drive them up the walls and still smiled everyday ! thank you to all the staff for being part of my healing process and taking care of me I appreciate all the little things you did for me whether it was the midnight snacks and refilling my drinks it made me feel like I was in Hawaii again, the aloha Spirit if you ever went to Hawaii you know what I'm talking about it's definitely here keep up the great service to your community your definitely one of the best facilities in Phoenix hands down. The staff at Tempe Post Acute is kind caring and just out right amazing!! From the first moment I got there the care I received was top notch! You can really tell they care about you and your health. I would definitely recommed this facility to anyone who asked about it!
Please avoid this place at all cost. My mother broke her back while visiting here for Christmas. She was transferred to this facility and from day one I can’t even put in words how terrible the care is here. Nurse lights not answered. People yelling in the the rooms all night long. The staff arguing in front of patients and families. When it came to discharge… nothing ready no one knew of discharge but the facility made the date and time. If you honesty care about the recovery of your loved one and your own mental stress don’t allow them to go here.
