Mostly my wife and I go to the Senior Center for the monthly dinner. They have a 50/50 drawing and then drawings for door prizes donated by members. We always get good prizes. Everybody gets a prize. I especially look for 1000 piece puzzles. They keep you busy on the cold winters nights. They have get togethers every weekday for cards and other fun activities. Not much cost for a membership. They have bus trips to casinos too. You're not required to gamble. You can just enjoy the camaraderie and good food there.

I went to the rock and gem show during the Mountain Festival. The senior center is a fairly spacious place with two different large rooms. The people during the rock and gem show or very excited about rocks and you can actually get a lot of free stones and shark teeth.
My wife and I went to volunteer serving lunch to seniors as party of their senior nutrition program. So blessed to be able to be of service, and staff was so accommodating and grateful for our help as were the 20+ seniors.
It is a nice place, I went to the gem and mineral club, everyone was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend.
Lots of fun! Great activities and staff is very welcoming.
