I moved here 2 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. I was very frustrated with moving multiple times since I moved here 5 years ago. Every time I found a place and settled in, I found myself having to relocate either due to huge increases in my rent, landlords selling or dog friendly housing, not being so dog friendly. I was thrilled to find my condo here at TEV. It has everything I wanted in a home including a fenced yard and fireplace. It’s affordable, cozy and right in the middle of town. I can listen to concerts in the park in my own backyard. The people who live and work here are the nicest and I have been invited to several functions on the property. The maintenance staff do not treat you like you are a bother and take care of your requests timely. The best part is knowing I have a place to live as long as I want to live here. My little Yorkie loves her yard and we recommend Taos Enchanted Village if you are looking for a new place to call home. Call Emily and tell her Rhonda and snoop dog recommended TEV and schedule a tour. You won’t regret it!
What beautiful little apartment complex. Move-in was seamless. Management is professional and efficient. The grounds are lovely and well-kept. The apartments are older but clean and maintained. The access to old Taos is so great. 5 minute walk to the best restaurants in town. Groceries within walking distance.

Moved here 3 months ago and love my casita. The view in the morning is spectacular looking at the mountain. Also so close to downtown and a great community!
