A very dear friend of mine, mother stayes in this facility and to say that her care is horrific is a drastic understatement . On several occasions, we have come to visit to find his mother sitting in the dark alone , not fed , filthy. She has dementia. Her adult diaper won't have been changed for days sometimes. We started writing the date on them just to figure out how long since she was changed. I want because it will have been days. When we confront the staff , we are met with hostility excuses and blame shifting . She's a human being . It's so infuriating . For a week her toilet was severelt

We had a very good experience with this facility. It seems that recent negative reviews might be from employees who are disgruntled. We found that staff from the managers to caregivers are compassionate. The caregivers treat each resident as if they were family members. The owners are local and often there. We understand that many staff including the managers have worked at the facility for several years. We were made to feel like part of a large family. This place has a great reputation for memory care and it’s well earned.
God awful management, managers avoid the workers and family members at all cost. The memory care unit needs to be shampooed as it smells of urine. Avoid this place if you love your family member
They take care of the one in need great but they sure make fun of and talk alot behind families back. This is twice they talked behind my back and if I could I would like it not for them to be even in the room taking care of my family.
