Maria greets you with a smile at the front door and Sara, the Administrator, and her team, are very helpful and work to resolve any questions you may have. Some of the care staff went out of their way to ensure needs were met and they had a truly empathetic and caring demeanor with a healthy dose of humor to lighten the mood.

I love this place ! Everyone works so hard to help and make sure not just residents are good but employees as well ! Therapy is great I’ve seen them do some amazing things, they stay on top of trying to help everyone get back to where they want to be or close too it ! Management helps when they can and make the employees feel valued and appreciated!! They also listen to any concerns residents or employees have and try to find a solution. I’ve also made so great friendships here I wouldn’t trade for anything. Team work is definitely a thing ❤️ here !!! It’s definitely a good place to be I wouldn’t want to work or be anywhere else of course any place has ups and downs but overall I would definitely recommend here to anyone looking :)
The care given at Tallmadge Heath and Rehab is top notch! The staff is great and truly loves their jobs and it shows in the care they give to the residents. I would definitely recommend the facility to anyone looking for a cleaning, updated and caring place, with staff that is extremely attentive, for their loved one to stay.
My Mom was recently here at this facility for 6 weeks. Having worked in long term care for over 40 years I knew how things should be done. Overall I found this to be a good facility and am very pleased with the care she received. The majority of the staff was caring and hardworking. Anything that wasn't right was minor and nothing to get upset over. I thank everyone for their loving care of my Mom.
This place is absolutely horrendous! The staff is RUDE!! None of them have on name tags. When I asked them why I was told “I left mine somewhere” and “mine fell off who do you need?” The head RN had on a white t shirt. I thought he was a visitor.. I had to ask him what his title was. My family members room was disgusting. Ants. A used glove on her table. A drinking glass on the floor from who knows when. A face mask on the floor. Her bed sheet was stained. Filled with crumbs. She got her lunch almost an hour late. Her blood sugar went up to 500+. The facility in general is foul. Geese poop fills the sidewalks into the place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Horrendous environment. I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY LOVED ONE.
