My mom and I went to look at this place for her. Mandy was very friendly and helpful. She showed my mom around the complex and pictures of an apartment that was empty. She answered all our questions. The best part is the senior center is right next door for my mom. Thank you Mandy for your kindness and helpfulness today!!

Beautiful grounds, site manager Mandy is a nightmare and makes my mom cry daily from her aggressive behavior and telling the residents to “mind their own business”. She sets the tone for this building so it’s not a shock that no one wants to come out of their apartment
If you are looking for a place for yourself or loved one please remember that this is NOT an assisted living building. Senior housing usually has some things to accommodate the elderly. Like designated parking for residents, working elevator. When power goes out and you voice concerns that you may have difficulty using the stairs you're told it's not an assisted living building. There's trouble with vandalism to vehicles in the parking lot and no cameras for security. You have to watch your laundry and items on your door shelf that they don't come up gone. You're told that you take that chance with your property. Supposedly there's cameras for security but they refuse to check them without the police requesting them to. Now we know police are not going to bother with calls like that when they have more important things to handle,so in essence nothing gets done. So consider what things are important to you or your loved one when considering where you choose to live.
My mom lived here for many years, it’s changed managers several times over the years, and it’s currently being run by some very sketchy office people, they are heartless and rude. Most of the residents like to sit around and gossip, and act like they’re in high school by creating “clicks” and bullying others. My Mom had to go to the Dr several times for spider bites, and bugs getting into her apartment through the heater. Glad she’s out of there, it’s gone way down hill over the years, which explains the high turnover rate in office people.
