I am somewhat new to Symphony Home care. My experience so far has been very positive. Angie is very friendly, helpful and empathetic. She made a great effort to take the time to understand my needs and to provide care appropriately. I am looking forward to continuing the quality care that I have received so far from Symphony Home Care.
Our family had an immediate need for hospice/palliative care for our Mother. Symphony Senior Home Care quickly responded and established care. All caregivers were compassionate and skilled- especially in managing the emotions of the patient. They were truly angels during a difficult time. I would highly recommend Symphony Senior Home Care for both the compassionate care provided and the business aspects of defining and delivering the needed care.
I have worked here for several years. The support I am given is wonderful! Care is always taken so that I work with the clients who are the best fit for me. I am treated with respect and communication is open both ways. All my questions are answered quickly. We have monthly trainings, so my skillset is regularly updated. I am comfortable with the clients and am well prepared to take care of their needs.
I've worked with Symphony for 8 yrs. As a caregiver, my goal is to provide top-quality warm and safe care to all of my clients. The owner, Angie is always looking for new and better ways Symphony can serve and help the clients feel comfortable. If a staff member can not make it in to their shift, she will step in and go to make sure the client is well cared for, even if she has to be up all night.
