Poor management. Some of the residents are abused and fear saying something because they fear management doing something to them. Poor quality staff that can't seem to do their jobs right. The state is there all the time because they're constantly being called for elderly abuse. The director doesn't call about any of the residents. I was there for 5 months more or less and so many residents died because of poor care from the nursing staff. As soon as a resident starts to decline a little the director will automatically try to sell that residents room. While I worked there I watched as the director was selling a residents room while she was in there and the resident started crying because they did it right in front of her. The residents are nothing but a paycheck to these people. I don't recommend anybody work or take their families to Symphony manor unless you want their health to decline faster from poor care

Symphony Manor of Feasterville is a excellent facility! From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcome. The physical building is immaculately clean. The staff is caring and really interested in your and your loved ones comfort. My mom is being cared for at Symphony Manor and she couldn't be happier. Her apartment is spacious and clean. The food is excellent. The caring staff is attentive her every need. From the administrator to the nurses and aids all are interested in your loved ones comfort. I would highly recommend Symphony if you looking for a place for your loved one. I feel blessed that I found this place for my Mom. I would give Symphony Manor 10 star's, It is like a 5 star hotel!
My experience with the current management team at Symphony Manor has been excellent. The director is genuinely caring and does whatever she can for the residences. She doesn’t hide in her office, she is involved with all her residences and takes a personal interest and is always reachable. The nursing staff is equally caring and goes the extra mile for the residences. The activities director is fantastic, always making everyone feel so special. It’s a smalll community which gives the staff and the residences a lot of personal interaction. I would highly recommend having my loved one live at Symphony Manor.
Symphony Manor has been my mom’s home for almost 2 years. We chose Symphony because we felt it offered attractive assisted living conditions at a fair price. We have not been disappointed. The staff has provided my mom with quality care in a living and supportive manner. When we had a question or concern, we had easy access to the full staff, including the Executive Director. They have always responded to our requests in a timely manner. My mom recently celebrated her 100th birthday at Symphony and the staff made sure her day was a special one - all residents and staff participated! During the past few months, my mom’s health began to slip and her everyday needs became significantly greater. Symphony Manor responded wonderfully, providing her the special care she required. Given the current pandemic, all that effort fell squarely on the shoulders of the staff and they more than met the challenge. My mom recently passed away. In her final moments, the staff remained vigilant in providing her loving support. And for this, I will always be thankful. I highly recommend Symphony Manor of Feasterville to offer a caring and supportive assisted living residence.
When my mother's health began to decline, we searched all over for a great place for her... we are so happy to have found Symphony Manor! Mom loves the staff, she tells stories about the fun they have whenever we visit... I've had positive interactions with the admin - any questions have been answered immediately - I feel like she's safe and secure, and like she will be well taken-care of even when I cant be there with her. Facilities are great, people are great - highly recommend. Thank you so much!
