As a CNA from a very loving facility just from the video footage I’ve seen you guys should be shut down. The abuse, the theft, the neglect. It’s honestly ridiculous. I hope everyone there is fired and new staff and management is put into place. There is no way management never heard of this abuse coming from a nursing homes myself I know that they had to know they just acted blind to it because most likely they are short staff and can’t replace them so they deal with it.
When it was time to find memory care for my mom, it was a difficult decision. However, Symphony came highly recommended by others who had family members there. Each time I leave after a visit, I feel reassured that she is in the right place. The staff are truly special individuals who do an outstanding job.
Symphony is a warm, caring place, and my loved one is treated so well. He has a smile on his face every time I visit him. Symphony has so many activities, and he is enjoying them. I never thought he would participate, but he does!
From the moment of entering Symphony it is welcoming. My loved one has been at Symphony for 18 months. The care team (nurses and aids) are kind and trained to help residents with memory loss. The activities team is exceptional. The dietary team provides healthy, tasty meals that fit the resident and everyone loves dessert. The maintenance team is always friendly and willing to help. Memory loss and memory care are difficult for families and nothing is perfect, but Symphony strives for perfection.
