Nick is particularly attentive, listening to our concerns and needs and creating a personalized care plan that meets our specific requirements. Lori and Amber provide excellent care to our parents and are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My dad especially loves having someone to talk to, as they rarely have company. They are always reliable and punctual, always arriving on time and ensuring that my parents' needs are met. Everyone treats mom and dad with the utmost respect and dignity, which is very important to us. It gives us peace of mind knowing Sycamore has my parents best interests in mind and are there when we need them most. We highly recommend Sycamore Springs for their in-home care services. They truly go above and beyond to ensure my parents receive the care they needed and deserved—from cleaning, meals, transportation to appointments and most definitely the companionship. They even assist with nursing care, making it easier for our parents to get bloodwork from the comfort of their home. I cannot say enough positive things about the facility and staff at Sycamore Springs Assisted Living in Mountain Home. My father has recently moved in. The staff is so kind, clinically capable and attentive to him. He eats three hot meals a day and he now has the opportunity to really engage with others. He is like a different man. As a caregiver, it is not only important to me that he gets high quality medical care but that they truly care about him as an individual…and they do. Grateful for the team at Sycamore Springs.
A family member stayed here for a 2 week respite care. In her words, they treat you like royalty. We were very pleased to have this resource available when we needed it.
