I would highly recommend an apartment here. Grounds are well kept. A great crew in maintenance and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. As a gardener (and smoker), having a balcony was a real plus!

It was lovely and beautiful until I started to see mice , and then some one claimed on my balcony and stole my son's bike and the camera that supposed to work don't work nwpd was told ,
In the 3+ years i lived at sycamore gardens, I had experienced overwhelming personal difficulties including the death of a close friend, a divorce and my father being stricken with a deadly cancer which he amazingly overcame. The staff at sycamore was always supportive and courteous and the maintenance guys were knowledgeable, helpful and timely. The grounds at sycamore were well maintained and parking was never an issue after they increased the lot in 2019. The close proximity to Cumberland farms was also a great convenience. Unfortunately I had to break my lease 9 months early and I still received my security in full. I thoroughly enjoyed living at sycamore gardens and I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
Smokers galore. You’ll see all kind of smokers here including pot. The cigarettes smell will get into your unit even when the windows are all closed. The garden is nice but if you are a non-smoker, you’ll get to enjoy it once in a blue moon. You should know when you see the smokers station all around the apartment complex. The positive side is that the crew always working on updating the apartment and they also keep up with maintenance.
Lovely complex, very kind and helpful staff. Fantastic green spaces. Loved living here
