I have been at Sycamore Creek Senior Apts since it opened. I love living here. Everything about my apartment is comfortable and easy to maintain. Starr, Matt, and Karen are great staff. They all work hard to keep our building clean, safe, and running smoothly. A person can enjoy many activities during each month. The ladies that organize the activities do an amazing job. Staff Starr,Matt,Karen are wonderful.Starr is the most organized and follow thru office manager so lucky to have her. Matt in maintenance is also one of the best, he is very thorough and attends to any problems Pronto. Karen in Housekeping does a fine job, very good, always has a smile and asking what you need. Sycamore Creek is lucky to have these fine employees. My only concern is having one elevator and a no trash shoot. Even tho Matt does an EXCELLENT job with trash it would make that position much easier. S.M.
We are truly blessed to be living here. It's beautiful and peaceful. The residents are friendly, and there are many activities to participate in. The manager Ms. Star, along with maintenance, Matt, along with the housekeeper, Ms. Karen are top notch. We're very glad to be here! We would highly recommend checking it out! Apartment #233
I wrote a review a year ago telling about my wonderful apartment. I still feel very much the same way-I love living here! I enjoy meeting and visiting with the people that I have met. I enjoy the crafts, the Bible study, getting moving and workout with some of my neighbors, and any community room activities that are going on. I feel very safe living in this facility, too. It's wonderful having everything included in the rent-write one check and DONE! Heather is wonderful, she is always on top of what is going on and takes care of us like we are her own parents. She is always busy. We find her delivering packages, vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, etc along with all her normal office duties, showing perspective residents around, and checking in new residents! Mark is great at taking care of whatever issues there are in the apartments and throughout the building. Great staff, great place to live! The following is from a year ago------------ I moved into Sycamore Creek Senior Apartments July 1st. I love living here. Everything is brand new, facility is being well cared for, and Heather and Kenny are wonderful staff. I feel very comfortable and safe living in this apartment building.
Nice place. Large kitchen with newer appliances. Great communications with management. Things to do within the community if you choose to do them. With it being a 55+ community there are no garbage disposals. You learn to adapt.
