We are prospective buyers. We toured the property and saw 5 houses with Sue Sexe... She was wonderful... I felt like she was extremely knowledgeable, and super kind. My husband and I have some mobility and health issues, and she just jumped in to assist like a champ!!! We are really hoping all of our stars align, and we are able to purchase here. The property is really beautiful and all the people seem really nice. The homes are all well maintained, and we were very impressed with everything we saw and heard. Sue was a big reason for our excitement to purchase here...

Bingo at Swiss Village is a very popular place with more than 100 attending every session. Bingo starts at 7:00 but you must be there by 4:30 to get a parking space. They just installed a new machine. No program with patterns to follow is the only drawback, because they change the patterns at will. Some of the crowd can be downright rude if you should talk too loudly during a session but so are the people who talk loudly. Entry price is very reasonable. For those die hard bingo players mark your calendar.
I stayed with a resident friend at this community and was most impressed by the location, roads/infrastructure, including pool and clubhouse and all the independently owned or rented units were very nice and all quite different. The waterfront units are exceptional and we spotted much of the natural aquatic life as well. I will definitely add this to my list of favourites 😎
My winter home! Lots to do if you want to stay busy! Great place to live! We sold after 11 years ! Between water/sewer n trash pick up plus rent way up every year!
Visiting friends who bought a home there..well maintained, clean ,friendly, laid back 55+ community. 2 pools, a lake, activities and a very close and friendly community. Very happy for our friends...they made a great choice and have no regrets.
