My mom has been with Swan Falls Assistant Living for a little less than a month. However, she has been thriving since she has arrived. The staff has done a WONDERFUL job taking care of her and always including her in all the fun activities they have! Deciding to make the change from living alone to Assistant Living isn't easy. But Mandy and the staff made the decision making process so much easier!

My mom is at Swan Falls Assisted Living and absolutely loves it. The staff is courteous and friendly and prompt in assisting her every needs. It's a very friendly, warm, homey atmosphere. We are very satisfied with the facility.
Swan Falls has provided kind and compassionate care and support to our mother since March. We are beyond grateful to them for accepting her as a resident in memory care.
I am over the moon at the wonderful care by the team at Swan Falls and by ratio of staff to resident. Personal attention is given to individual needs to make residents feel comfortable and loved while paying critical attention to their care needs. This is a rare balance of great nursing, nutritious and varied meals, cleanliness, and a perfect nurse to resident ratio. My mom loves the snack tray that staff bring around several times a day, not just for the snacks but for the personal interaction with staff that make her feel seen and cared for. What a remarkable group of professionals with big hearts.
Do not get involved with this facility. They will tell you one thing and fail to deliver. The services they offer will change later when it turns out they can’t provide what they promised due to staffing issues. Not the staff’s fault. I am very disappointed with the runaround they gave my mother there.
