Westtown Sunrise had a wonderful experience today for residents & family members. All Out Casino Night (free) with official tables & dealers. Pay Attention to details. Classy with staff dressed up for casino feel. Everyone got official chips & playing multiple games & enjoyed feeling of winning & laughing. Then a wonderful high class buffet Dinner prepared by resident chef. Sunrise management at all levels are wonderful & engaging & passionate & so caring with all their residents. My partner is there with multiple medical & physical issues & l feel so secure with their care & will get her back to a better quality of life.

Sunrise of Westtown provided extraordinary care for my mother during her final days, transforming a challenging time into one of compassion and dignity. From the moment she arrived, the staff demonstrated an exceptional level of professional tenderness that went far beyond standard medical care. The nursing team was particularly remarkable. Cindy and her team approached my mother with genuine warmth, treating her not just as a patient, but as a cherished individual with a lifetime of stories and experiences. They took time to understand her personal preferences, ensuring her comfort and maintaining her sense of personal identity. The facility itself was immaculately maintained, creating a welcoming environment that felt and had the comforts of home. The common areas were bright and inviting, and my mother's private apartment was kept meticulously clean. What impressed me most was their holistic approach to care. Beyond addressing her medical needs, they considered her emotional and social well-being. And while she didn't participate in activities outside her room the events and activities available looked fun and Tthe activities coordinator made special efforts to engage her, despite her lack of interest. We did get to enjoy two holiday meals at the restaurant and the care and preparation of meals was the best. Communication with family was consistently transparent and compassionate. The staff kept us informed about my mother's condition, always answering our questions with patience and empathy. Though her time at Sunrise of Westtown was brief, the quality of care provided was profound. They transformed a potentially difficult experience into one of genuine human connection and profound respect. Thank you, Jamie, Doug, Carol, Preston, Cindy and the entire team at Sunrise of Westtown, for the extraordinary care and dignity you showed my mother.
Visit with my Aunt Cathy was wonderful. So happy my aunt is well cared for and she loves it here. She always took care of everyone and everything…It’s nice seeing her getting pampered. Well deserved ❤️
My mother has been at Sunrise of Westtown for a little over 2 years and they do a great job of caring for her. She is treated with care and respect, the staff is caring and responsible and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.
Sunrise is a great community! They have a beautiful backyard patio in their secured Memory Care. I had the pleasure of working with their Executive Director, Jamie, who is amazing and genuinely loves her residents, along with other of their wonderful, tenured staff.
