My father was a resident of Sunrise Plymouth Beach for 2 1/2 years. It was a great home for him during the final years of his life. The entire team (Management, caregivers, and nursing) was great with care and communication. On behalf of my family, we are so glad we found this wonderful community. Sincerely, Dan

My mother was treated very well by everyone at Sunrise. She enjoyed having her own space and the option to join activities that interested her. They served her wonderful meals and even ordered and delivered a pizza for her one day when she mentioned that she wanted one! A big thank you to Lenore and her husband for making her pizza needs a priority! She felt safe and cared for everyday and left this world with dignity. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of my mom. We are forever grateful for your kindness and compassion. #babycakes❤️
I could not be happier with Sunrise of Plymouth Beach!!! --> Please see update at the end. My mom lived in Englewood, FL for 20 years. Unfortunately, her condo was destroyed in September 2022 by Hurricane Ian. Since I was her only living child, I moved her up to Plymouth, MA and she lived at our house for a bit while we looked for something more permanent. Sunrise was it. Sunrise is literally 5 minutes from our house, so we get to stop by and see my mom almost every day. The staff is simply incredible. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely care about all the residents. They always go out of their way to make sure my mom is comfortable and has everything she needs to live a full life. They also keep me fully apprised of everything that is going on with my mom and the facility. There are regular meetings where the residents and their families get together to discuss the current state of the facility, as well as future plans for improvement. It's actually pretty exciting because they want Sunrise to be much more than simply assisted living. Compared to some of the other places we looked at, the rooms at Sunrise are larger and the food is much better. It's also not as expensive. My mom is always commenting that the food is too good, and she is gaining too much weight! I would highly recommend Sunrise for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place for their parents. --> Update My mom recently passed away just 3 days shy of her 92nd birthday. She was very happy to be at Sunrise with the other residents and staff who have become part of our family. Everyone has been so nice and supportive. Sunrise is a great place!
My mother needed a place to stay where she didn't have to cook or take care of her home and yard and she needed to have someone administer her meds. I went to 6 different Senior Living Residences when I was looking for a place for my mom. This one was my favorite and was much more affordable than the others. It was quite cozy and didn't have totally modern decor like the others, so I knew she would feel more at home at Sunrise. The facility is very nice and clean. The property is very pretty and the location is right near the ocean in Plymouth. She enjoyed the outings, food, staff and activities. While she was there, she met her "second family" and by chance fell in love (This not made up - you can ask the staff!) With the help of the staff at Sunrise and her doctors, they were able to correct her medications and she was able to make a full recovery. She was able to come home and fully take care of herself! On the day she was coming home, they had a party for her. She now returns often to see her friends, the staff and her boyfriend. We had an amazing outcome at Sunrise of Plymouth and I tell everyone that I would recommend it to them if they ever need a place for their parent.
Sunrise is a beautiful, quaint Assisted Living community. One of the most impressive things about it is the layout inside with all the alcoves that the residents can gather in for socializing, movies, games, etc. The dining rooms are very charming and geared around smaller social groups allowing people to get to know one another. The property is well maintained, situated conveniently near beautiful downtown Plymouth, the waterfront and the beach. The staff was very attentive and really cared about my mom’s needs. We dealt primarily with Seth and he couldn’t have been more accommodating and focused on her health and well being. I highly recommend it!
