Our family moved our Mom Beverly Clark into Sunrise of Mission Viejo, a little over a year ago. We visited many facilities and found Sunrise to offer the most inviting and home like atmosphere and also the best medical care. We have been so happy with the care Mom has had at Sunrise. She has made so many wonderful friends and really enjoys all of the activities and outings that are offered. The staff are all wonderful and always so helpful. We just attended a wonderful and delicious Mothers Day brunch. I am always impressed at how the staff all work together as a team to put on these beautiful events. We feel that Sunrise has added years to Moms life. We couldn’t be more pleased. Cheri Kimmel

My family recently toured this community for my grandfather and we were truly impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the environment felt warm and inviting. Although my grandfather isn’t ready to move in yet, this facility is definitely at the top of our list for the future. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for their loved ones.
I hesitated to complete this survey, hoping Sunrise would improve the situation—but it has not. I am writing on behalf of a family member, whose experience at your Memory Care facility has been deeply disappointing. Despite assurances of Sunrise’s expertise in Memory Care, our experience has proven otherwise. There are billing issues, lack of communication, and seemingly lack of proper training of it's caregivers.
Sunrise Mission Viejo has a family, small town feel. The staff knows everyone and is knowledgeable in all of their needs. The environment feels like a warm and inviting home. The healthcare staff is caring, detailed and knowledgeable.
The caregivers, nurses at Sunrise are very reliable and knows what they’re doing. They are very professional especially when caring for your loved ones.
