I would not recommended this place what so ever . Staff is nice “ for the most part “ but some are VERY rude and nasty . My client does not receive the proper care needed at this facility . As someone with high blood pressure and diabetes the sodium and sugar intake without being monitored is insane . Everyone eat off the same menu despite having different health issues and concerns . Client has to eat ALONE Outside of the actual dining area which is insane due to whatever reason when everyone else is able to eat inside the dining area he was not treated respectfully and they do not care for him properly nor give the respect needed as a human . Residents and staff I’ve witness be rude to him and I pray he is moved from this facility to somewhere better . I would not recommend this place for anyone . Too many mistakes made here that I’ve heard residents speak of in as little as 2 weeks moving to another table is fine but being kicked out of the dining room is inhuman and should definitely be looked into . He never has a proper meal set up I had to ask every meal which makes sense because he’s not even in the dining room smh . They need to do better . All residents matter !!!!!

The staff is absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for the staff especially in my their Memory Care neighborhood where my mother resides. Management problem solves efficiently especially the Business Office Manager Jen went over my Mom’s billing with me and answered my million questions with a smile and patience. I made the best choice for my Mom’s forever home.
Highly recommend. My brother was a resident at Sunrise Yardley. The staff treated him like he was a member of their family. The nursing staff was amazing. They truly cared about my brother. They made sure his medical and nursing needs were met. They communicated with me frequently. He required a higher level of care and they were just wonderful. Arlene and her staff are to be commended for their knowledge, hard work, and their caring attitude. Thank you for all that you did for him.
My Mom loves it here, and the Care Manager Rebecca is wonderful and always available for questions and any concerns we may have.
Not enough staff to provide direct care every two hours for a hospice patient’s needs. Numerous failures, from no provision of privacy, talking to a patient like a child, and lastly lack of respect for the patient. It was disheartening to see.
