I cannot say enough good things about SunRise senior living. From the initial viewing of the facility which is so clean and bright with all its wonderful amenities to walking me through the move in process step by step, L.A. , Anne, and Ashley went above and beyond helping me with paperwork and assuaging my concerns about moving my mother into SunRise. The concierge, Mary, Bonnie, Cheryl and Corne are always so helpful to my mother whenever she has questions or needs help with anything. Sharon, Anji, Brianna and Anna assist my mother with activities within her room and do a great job as well. Any questions I have regarding her care plan, I know I can talk to Shianne and she will do a great job helping me out and answering my questions. The servers at mealtimes are wonderful to my mom and her dietary preferences. I don’t know all their names but Ciara is always so helpful pointing out ingredients in meals that bother my moms sensitive stomach. The food is really good too! There are always snacks like cookies, popcorn and granola bars, coffee and water available in the bistro in case she wants a snack. The nursing staff from her PA, Robert who comes once a week whom my mother loves, to the great nurses Wendy and Debbie, who are always available to help mom and answer any of my questions about her care give me peace of mind that her medical needs are being monitored. The activity directors Debbie and April are just wonderful! Belinda in life enrichment is so kind as well. There are always so many amazing activities for my mom to participate in. They are also great at getting my introverted mom out of her room and participating in fun games like Bingo and Rock n’ Dice to keep my moms brain sharp or take scenic drives to Red Rocks. They have a beautiful garden out back as well that everyone can enjoy. I have struggled and worried immensely about my aging mother’s cognitive and physical decline in her elder years. I now have such peace of mind knowing that she is safe and happy. From the bottom of my heart I thank SunRise for their excellent care of my mother whom I love so much.

Sunrise of Henderson Assisted Living is best experiace. Help is so nice, patient and loving. Debbie and April activities director have lots fun for the residents my mom is there every day. Highly recommend for family and friends. Janell Landry
When placing a loved one in an assisted living it’s super important that you feel that your family member would be treated how you would treat them if you cared for them. I have no doubt that is the case at Sunrise. My experience with the entire staff was top tier. LA was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding as we navigate our decision as a family on what’s best for our loved one. The facility itself is stunning and very clean and all the residents were joyful and engaging with me and my family any time we visited.
The staff at Sunrise are the best in town! The Activities Team (Debbie, April, & Belinda) offer such a nice variety of activities that there is something for everyone. From Pretty Nails, helping my mom feel pampered, to Math & Thinking Games, helping her stay sharp, the ladies make activities fun, engaging, and special for every resident. They are always talking with residents, smiling, and working hard for them. The Caregiving Team is fantastic, too. Shianne ensures the best training, staff supervision, and open communication with the family, which is so critical. The caregivers, such as Anji, Anuka, Briawnna, Kaitlin and everyone on staff truly care and they provide warm, patient, helpful, and consistently high-quality care. The nurses and the med techs, for example, Marsha and Isaac are on-time, careful, accurate, patient, and caring. The fantastic front desk staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff- are on task to provide the best environment possible. My mom loves Sunrise and the great care she is getting provides us a peace of mind that we so appreciate. I highly recommend Sunrise.
Sunrise has lived up to all it advertises. Mom has been living there since May 2023 and we are always confident she is being well cared for. It is a clean, cheerful environment with the kindest employees, from reception to aides to kitchen and nursing staff.
