I had an outstanding experience from start to finish for my father. The building and rooms were in good shape and clean, the staff was very friendly, caring and attentive to everyone's needs. Great communication with the care team and I felt very comfortable having my father here. Highly recommend!

I’ve been in and out of the community for quite some time and have never been more disappointed with things I’ve seen and heard and even handled myself. I’ve seen a numerous employees storm through the building. As a nosy caring individual who’s concerned with everyone’s wellbeing, I ask what has them upset, as the times I’ve seen they are sobbing. Apparently sunrise has a bully who these employees kindly wouldn’t share their name due to fear of retaliation. They mentioned reporting this member before and even written statements and nothing happened. You don’t belong having a bully in this type of work field. If she bullies her coworkers imagine how she possibly treats your loved ones. Ashamed that such a caring warm place, could keep such a rotten person.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and comfortable rooms. The entire place is kept very clean. My mother is currently staying there.
Extremely disappointed. We arrived and we easily realized they weren't aware of our tour. Yet we got their confirmation! Sales Rep was not present and the lady who talked to us admitted it was her job. She had no brochures, no pricing, nothing with any helpful information. We felt the reviews were misleading. I found it unprofessional to have a tour confirmation and end up with a person that had nothing for us. Definitely a waste of time.
