Sunrise’s medical director made my father’s final illness and death a needlessly difficult and painful process for him and the family. The daily caretaking staff are great but the lack of compassion and professionalism in the medical care was shocking to me.

Sunrise of Arlington is a very welcoming and supportive place for a loved one with memory issues. The staff is caring, well-trained, and responsive to the needs of residents and their families. They make great efforts to involve and inform family in the care plan. I highly recommend Sunrise of Arlington for families needing memory care for a loved one. I toured several facilities in the area and chose this one for its small size and convenient location.
Sunrise of Arlington has a great staff. Fardousa, Elsa, Senait, Patrick, Shalinda, and Sandra really showed they cared for my mother, Ivy. Also, it is a very homey atmosphere,, unlike some of the large facilities at other locations. Ashley, Rosalind, Wenta, and Zakia are fabulous administrators. I can't recommend this facility highly enough.
This is simply a wonderful place for my 87 year old uncle who has dementia. The staff are very friendly, caring, and bring joy to the residents whenever they can. It's clean, the food seems fine, and different activities are provided. It's also a Victorian like home which gives the residents a sense of belonging and easy to navigate. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to tend to aging residents who have a host of medical issues. A big thank you to all the employees there for taking such good care of my uncle. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
The staff are very nice and helpful. But they also give me chance to help myself, they handle my medicine and Dr’s appointments ver well. My room and meals are good. So I am happy here
