Having to reside in any nursing home is not pleasant. However, the personnel here have done everything that they possibly can to accommodate our specific needs. My husband is a large man with physical and mental issues assigned to the Rehab Section. We greatly appreciate their kindness and concern for my husband and myself! I do know that the quality of care that you receive in a nursing home is more important than aesthetics! I will be updating this review at the time of our dismissal. Hopefully, we will still have the same positive opinion regarding our quality of care!
The staff at Sunrise was very attentive and compassionate. While my dad wasn't there long, they treated him with dignity and respect. I never once felt like we were a burden. The facility was clean and the residents seemed happy and well taken care of. If I ever need a nursing facility in the future, this will be the first call I make. Thank you for making this experience easier for our family.
Hello,The staff is very nice and polite smiling and greeting everyone coming and going. The place is very clean and my cousin's Love The Place my first time there never heard of it until they went there. Had no problem finding the place now I can drive there blind folded just kidding 😂😂😂. The place is very secure and my cousin's Love The food. So Keep Up The Excellent JOB. when I visited sunrise, all of the staff was friendly and attentive. The facility is clean with a fresh smell unlike other nursing homes. I've been to the care I saw residents getting was unbelievable. Call lights were being answered promptly the whole time I was there I saw staff on each hall consistently. Resident verbal knees did not go unknown and untaken care of. If I had to place my loved one in a facility, sunrise would be one of my top choices
