Sunrise provided a comfortable space and quality care for my family and father. The staff was genuine, wonderful and caring, intake was thorough and seamless. For anyone heading into this phase, I would highly recommend Sunrise at Orchard. We toured several in the area and Sunrise was by far the best option. The space was warm and updated and we were able to visit my father at any hour day/night. The coordination with hospice worked quite well - there were a few communication hiccups that necessitated some advocacy to get everyone on the same page. Nothing major, but highlights the importance of being your own best advocate. Its a busy and challenging environment and they did an outstanding job handling my father's care and each and every request from my family. We thank them for their kindness during our short stay.

I have been a provider for many years at Sunrise at Orchard. The caregivers are wonderful and provide thoughtful, consistent care to the residents. I love this facility due to its culture, a true community with frequent special activities including music, art projects, tea parties, etc. I am always greeted with smiles from all the staff and residents and feel a real sense of camaraderie.
It has been my pleasure to be involved in the care of residents at this outstanding community. The staff is top notch and very attentive to their residents needs. It is such a pleasure to work with such an amazing group of professionals. The care here really stands out from the competition!
I have had the pleasure of working with and helping place families at this community. The care staff and administration are heavily involved and provides the utmost highest, standard of care in senior living. When it comes time for my parents to move to an AL, this will be one I would highly recommend.
Our family would 120% recommend Sunrise at Orchard for a facility to take a high-needs senior requiring Assisted Living. We found a 2 bedroom at just the right time as my mother’s needs were intensifying. My mother’s previous assisted living facility had decided that it was inconvenient to have a senior living with them who required a two person assist for transfers – and had recommended Skilled Nursing. Skilled Nursing facilities (while often necessary) are cramped, unbelievably expensive, and for only one occupant. (Which would have separated my parents and added to their hardship.) The staff at Sunrise were AMAZING – they were open to suggestions, followed procedures, and showed genuine care for my mom. She was able to stay in an apartment with my dad all the way up until the end - which was wonderful. Sunrise's new manager Jason dramatically improved the condition of the facilities and staff response time in just a few months. Sunrise also has several GREAT and caring staff – Nila, Aspen, James, Bonnie, Yulitza, and Espie – just to name a few. Hayley, the manager for Assisted Living, was not only a supervisor – but was willing to work hands-on with mom when extra help was needed. She even came in to work early on numerous occasions to make sure that the morning routine was attended to properly. I sincerely hope that no one I love ever needs the level of care that was necessary to reduce my mother’s suffering. However, if such care is ever needed again– my first choice would be to have them reside at Sunrise at Orchard.
