My aunt lived at Sunrise for 3 years before she passed last month. She LOVED living there. She really enjoyed the other residents and thought the staff was wonderful. The manager at sunrise is exceptionally good and handled so many issues rapidly and professionally. I highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking to be part of an engaging and loving community.

My dad was at assisted living for 6 days. They promise the world and no follow through. Morning meds passed after 1100 (which would now be noon meds). CNA didn’t know he was there so didn’t help him get up so he missed breakfast. Very disappointing. Now if we don’t get the hospital bed out of the room by the end of the month (which was rented waiting for it to be picked up) they will charge him another month $10K. No compassion. My dad passed on 9/25/24.
Our mom has been at Sunrise at Fountain Square on the Reminiscence floor for almost 4 months now. The coordinator, care managers, nurses and concierge - really all the staff have been wonderful and go out of their way to help my mom. My mom is safe and well cared for. She enjoys the activities such as exercise, sing-a-longs, bingo, and trivia, and when they learned my mom likes to garden, they purchased plants for my mom to plant and take care of on the patio. We also really appreciate how the coordinator, Mark, keeps in touch with us and shares photos of my mom enjoying the different activities. We are so grateful to the staff for everything they do. We highly recommend this assisted living facility.
My mom was a resident of the independent living facility, and I always felt they cared and checked on her. It is a smaller, more intimate facility, which she preferred. They were responsive and fair, and therefore, I would highly recommend Sunrise at Fountain Square.
I cannot say enough great things about Sunrise Fountain Square. The staff have truly become a part of our family. It's never an easy decision to seek help for your LO, but we have such peace of mind now. From the level of care, to the cleanliness around the community, to the meals and activities, this place is top notch.
