Sunnyside Manor is a wonderful place. After my father’s fall at the end of July, we got him admitted to Sunnyside Manor’s in-patient physical therapy rehab. It became clear he could not return home alone, so we began searching for an assisted living facility, that he could age-in-place. He liked Sunnyside Manor so much that he asked to stay there. After considering other facilities, we knew Sunnyside Manor’s assisted living community was the best place for him. The staff has been incredible supportive and accommodating throughout the entire process. Even though I am out of town, they made sure the transition was smooth and easy not only for him but also for me. My father loves his unit, enjoys walking on the outside path, and has made friends with other residents. He has mentioned several times how nice and helpful the staff is, as well as how good the food is. The amazing staff at Sunnyside Manor has given me peace of mind knowing that he is safe and well-cared for. I highly recommend Sunnyside Manor for anyone in need of an age-in-place facility for their loved ones.

When our elderly mom required assisted-living we did the research and visits but found good old word-of-mouth the best resource. Several family friends had loved ones in Sunnyside and we’re so pleased we toured. This was without a doubt the best decision our family made. Our mom was 96 years old at the time and spent a wonderful three years in assisted-living. Now 99 years old, Mom requires skilled nursing and everyone at Sunnyside made the transition smooth and seamless. The grounds are beyond lovely, the food and activities outstanding, and the nursing care is exceptional. Sunnyside is small enough that the entire staff knows every resident and family member and they are always attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. Our family feels blessed to know our mother safe, thriving, and enjoying life at Sunnyside.

Sunnyside is a blessing. The staff is amazing, always upbeat and supportive. I have had my mom in both the nursing and assisted living side of this community. Clean facility, delicious meals, and engaging entertainment. A terrific neighborhood!
My 92 year old dad came for rehab after spending 11 days in the hospital with the flu. This place has been fabulous. The staff is professional, friendly and kind. You can tell many have worked here a long time at all levels in the organization. The place is clean, cheerful and well organized. The PT team works with my dad twice a day and he has quickly improved his balance, strength and confidence. Everyone here goes above and beyond. It is everything a rehab facility should be.
