I have had my loved one in this facility for over a year. I have seen a lot of people come and go. We finally have new management Nikki and the receptionist who has a great personality. I have seen the difference since the new management has came on board and I can feel the difference in the facility. I’m very thankful that there’s been a great turnaround and my loved one is taken care of much better. It takes compassion to care for the elderly. Treat them like the way we want a family member to be treated and most of the new team displays it. Thank you!

When my mom first came here in Jan 2023, it was well organized & the manager Rob was amazing. The facility is currently on its 4-5 manager since Rob left & the place is being run into the ground. The staff doesn’t stay longer than 1-2 months. There’s no one at the front desk after 5, doors are left unlocked as late as 8-9pm & these ppl are memory compromised! I don’t feel like my mom is safe here anymore. Food is horrible & if you are a vegetarian then good luck. My poor mom is consistently fed a bowl of lettuce (salads) & grilled cheese. She’s definitely undernourished here. Very disappointed in this facility.
Beautiful community! The employees are caring and friendly. They’ve been working hard to make positive changes and make it a great place to live.
I had the pleasure of visiting a family member at Sunflower Indian Land in September this year. I could not be more pleased with the staff, and the facility. I had the opportunity to meet Cynthia, who was very friendly and professional. I looked at several other Assistant living facilities in Charlotte, and the surrounding area, and sunflower was the best value. Highly recommend!
