We just closed on our home and were very pleased with the process and the quality of the home thus far, though we have not yet moved in. The sales agents were patient as we spent several months deciding to move to SCHH. Once we decided to buy, the designer, Donna, was very helpful in working with us on design elements. However, it was a short meeting and we were glad that we were able to arrange time before hand to look at our options in advance. The models and options were good, though we were disappointed that some of the design elements in the model homes were no longer available. Our construction managers, Jason and Carlos, were both great; professional and knowledgeable. They were both super responsive to issues that we and our home inspector identified. We were also happy with the service from Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Insurance and how well they integrated into the purchase process. Overall, buying a home is never perfect, but we are very happy with our decision to buy here.
The building experience was so smooth. The superintendents are outstanding keeping me up to date weekly. Outstanding customer service. This was not my first build but was the smoothest. Such a professional group. Highly recommend Sun City.
Great buying experience. Construction manager was awesome in getting the house ready for occupancy, personally demonstrating customer service and accountability, and in providing us the info we needed as the new homeowners. Result…happy confident homeowners and one more couple that is impressed with the Pulte/DelWebb team at SunCityHiltonHead.
My wife and I took advantage of a great opportunity to purchase our home at the end of last year. We took our time (roughly 5 months) to fully move into our current Sun City Hilton Head home. We are extremely pleased with the overall purchase, the quality / maintenance / availability of the amenities and most importantly the friendly sense of community of the neighborhood. We look forward to engaging much deeper into the variety of activities being offered as we continue to find this supports the real reason we moved here; a retirement lifestyle of traveling and enjoying life!
