Esmerelda made me feel welcome, took time to answer my questions thoughtfully and demonstrated caring relationships with residents and colleagues during my tour of Sun City Gardens. The main building has been renovated and updates. There is a large community room with ample space to participate in daily scheduled activities, a dining room, a chapel, library, atrium, and movie theater. There were many engaging activities planned on the calendar for those residents who choose to be involved. I was informed the resident buildings will also be going through renovations as well. I really liked the idea of 55+, Independent Living and Assisted Living options all in one facility as needs may change.

Bait and switch being practiced here. Taking advantage of senior citizens . Staff talks down to people who live there.?They are too busy gossiping to talk with patients living on the premises. Assisted living area looks like it was last remodeled in 1970. Dilapidated furnishings , run down bathrooms. Poor condition of dining room and rooms overall. Renters who don’t need assistance living area remodeled recently. Assisted living area run down and expensive.Eduardo the sales manager is rude and talks down to you. . Promises one price but quotes another higher price. Run away from here . Trust me you’re better off some where else .
Edoardo was very informative, kind, caring, and empathetic. Went above and beyond proving us with information even beyond Sun City Gardens. He wanted to make sure we had everything we need to make a transition whether it is to Sun City Gardens or not. You can tell he was genuinely caring.
very nice tour, the place is clean, no "funny smells" dining and other common area recently remodeled, new floors and furniture, etc...the huge interior garden is simply beautiful! In adition this facility is what I would call "more for the dollar" than any other I have visited. So far I have not yet eaten any of their meals, the menu seems heavy on carbs.....
When i first walked in I was amazed at the clean remodeled look. Its modern country layout is like a beaitiful hotel. People walking around with smiles and look happy there. I saw country music videos playing on the t.v in the entry room with some hanging out enjoying their time. The feel is lively and people are friendly saying hi my 2yr old and I walked around. Very big open concept. Large hanging chandeliers in the cafeteria. A green house sitting room. Lots of bright cheerful space with cheerful welcoming staff all around. Edwardo gave me a tour when i showed a day earlier then our scheduled day. He made the time for me and showed me all the options on paper with pricing, truly showed he cared and understood my parents situation and was very helpful. Even gave medical advice on a topic of my mom from his 30 yrs experience there. Their chef gifted us his delicious cupcake frozen treat and a snack for my 2 yr old that was with me. As we toured around I was impressed how he stopped to quickly say hi to the others and recognize them along the way. There's a beautiful small chapel room off the hallway. Outside truly is a park scenery walk with benches to sit, a pool and spa and patio where they do events at night outside like luaus. Independent living separated by more care given living. It's a great place. Hidden from the freeway, the outside doesn't do it justice. They offer alot here and pricing is affordable for how clean and new it looks inside now. You can tell Edwardo really cares.
