I have been a resident of Summerville for almost a year now! For this season of my life, I could not have made a better decision. Each Patio home has its own private entrance with a nice entry porch. My unit has a balcony that overlooks the hills & valleys of Eureka. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! I feel safe and secure, maintenance free and I have daily activities to pick and choose from. The staff is wonderful, very caring and responsive!

Unlike any other Independent Living Community you will see. It is truly like going from house to home. This is a villa or duplex type of style, no apartment living. The people are fantastic, they love getting together and are great friends. So many perks here and much more reasonable than the competition.
Summerville is a wonderful place to live! Beautiful grounds with great neighbors. Maintenance-free and additional services are incredible, from the Chef, housekeeping and management. I consider this Independent Living at its best! Also love the fishing pond is stocked with Bluegill.
Spacious and well appointed patio homes. Very responsive and courteous staff. Maintenance timely and courtous. Key administrative management staff very helpful responsive and professional. Love the front porch!!!
Living in Summerville of St. Andrews has been great staff have been awesome it well worth a look and meet with staff.
