It took me a long time to make the decision to move my mom into a memory care facility. Moving her to Summer House Park Provence was the absolute best choice for her care. My mom is happy, and she loves it. The staff is caring and responsive to her needs. The nursing team is very attentive. Someone always has a funny and cute story to share. I visit her throughout the week at any time of the day. No matter the time, she is doing well. The facility is clean as well as her apartment. They contact me if there is a need or concern. I am at peace when I see her smile and know that she is receiving excellent care.

We moved my parents into Summerhouse Park Provence a month ago and I have been so happy with our choice. From the moment we first stepped foot in the residence lobby, we felt at home. The staff has been so warm and inviting, they truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyones needs are met. The meals are delicious and nutritious. Overall, the best part however is my parents can now enjoy this time in their lives while they engage with both new and old friends during the activities, outings, exercise hour, in the dining hall or in the beautiful courtyard. This was without a doubt the best decision for my parents to become part of the Summerhouse Park Provence family.
I just went to a cookie decorating event here and it was wonderful. Audrey was an exceptional hostess, treating us to delicious appetizers and a variety of beverages. I look forward to attending more events in the future.
Summerhouse Park Provence is not like any Senior Living Community I have ever seen. It is warm and inviting, and very clean! I have attended several events there, and each one has been so much fun. I love seeing the residents get involved in these events, enjoying themselves, and having fun. The staff is always so helpful and very friendly. Honestly, this is the place that has set the bar for the standard of senior care that we need for our loved ones…at let me tell you, Park Provence has that bar set way up high!!
Came to visit for lunch with my grandma . My fried fish lunch with a cup of seafood gumbo was excellent! The nurses and staff took great care of us
