Suite Living is the BEST senior care living that my family has experienced. My family had to make the hard decision of placing our grandmother into assisted living due to her dementia and Suite Living has taken the absolute best care of her. From Nurses all the way up to management, they are the most kind and helpful people that have made this hard change very easy on our family. Our grandma is happy and very well taken care of. 100% RECOMMEND.

West St. Paul has been a wonder place for my loved one! My family could not have asked for a better place!! The nurse and housing director are absolutely AMAZING! Missy was wonderful with our tour and all the information provided to choose the best option for my loved one. We grateful for everyone with Suite Living!
UPDATED…“3 strikes and she’s out” is the philosophy of suite living in West St. Paul. Dealing with the regional floating directors has been a nightmare for my elderly grandmother and our family. We were so excited to have her move in. We even had the payment in for two weeks to be told that they could not hold the room and it was given to someone else. If you have ever had to care for a family member that has dementia, just had a stroke, suffering from pneumonia and in a neglectful memory care facility, you might be able to relate. We thought senior suites was too good to be true. They were saying all the right stuff. Our hearts and minds were tired and hopeless until we met with a representative from senior suite (whom is no longer with the company, this was STRIKE 1). All things were in motion to move our loved one in. They then lost our paperwork so we completed this again (STRIKE 2). Received confirmation and paid all fees. 2 weeks later the floating manager Aryn told my family there was no longer a room (STRIKE 3). Reminder, we paid already?!?! I know that many senior homes do not accept EW and we are lead to believe this is why the sudden change. The lack of empathy and compassion on behalf of this leader within your organization is disheartening. Needless to say, we do not have the resources to take our loved one into our homes so she is basically homeless. That is if it wasn’t for the kind individuals at Woodbury senior living transitional care who accepted her temporarily until we can find a place. You might want to take a few notes on how you should handle fragile family situations in the future. Since I am unable to respond to your representatives response. Here is my comment. Of course you do not have my name in your system but you know exactly who my grandmother is and how you treated her. Not one of your responses from your organization is professional or kind. You should look for resolution instead of trying to attack the customer who pays to keep your operations open. Absolutely zero tact on Your behalf.
Suite Living of W. St. Paul has proven time and time again to provide outstanding, patient-centered and compassionate care for their Residents. Both care team and management have been nothing short of amazing.
My friend had been trying to get his elderly mother into this new place since late Februrary 2022. He was dealing with a pathetic and unprofessional sales and marketing director ,Missy Shaleen. She said his mother was on the list to get in once it opened. First the place was suppose to open March 18th,then March 31st. Between March and June 1st when it finally opened, she never responded to emails or called back.. Basically,Missy blew her son off about giving him a straight answer and back tracked when he finally did talk to her. She said a nurse assessment would be done to get the process going for his mother. Never happened. Go to find out,she has another gal call the family from a complete different assisted living place to tell them, that there was not an opening. How sad, that a supposedly highly rated facility operation would conduct business like this, especially to an 87 year old elderly person who needed help. A call was made to file a complaint to the executive directories of this facility and they were suppose to call back. They never did either. Terrible staff who is deceiving and incompetent BEWARE of this place!
