If I could give 0/5 at stars I would. My grandma was here and declining steadily. Come to find out she was being given medicine incorrectly making her weak and sleepy. **Among other things ( poor cleanliness and attention by staff).** Never the less she is now somewhere now. Sugar Groves big problem is head lady named Jackie. She id rude,uneducated, cruel, and unprofessional. Her name is Jackie. She is called the “ so called executive Director “.. which is a joke.Facilities like Sugar Grove our unacceptable. Our family/friends deserve better period. PS: notice most of the reviews have similar last names/ are workers… so not real 😬 beware!

We just attended Christmas dinner with my -in-law. The place was decorated to a T and the food was terrific. Best of all was all of the attention provided by the caring staff.
Sugar Grove does an amazing job with the residents. My mom has been a resident of Independent Living since last July. We could not be more pleased with the activities and attention given to the residents. Having her meals and daily activities taken care of has given her the ability to maintain her independence. We can rest knowing that the staff members are looking out for mom when we aren’t available, from Jess at the entrance, to the administration , the dining room staff, nurses and therapists that are available. They all know mom by name and make her quality of life better!
The staff at Sugar Grove are amazing. My parents have only been there a short time but we have experienced both assisted living and memory care. The staff truly care about the residents and look out for their best interests. Highly recommend.
My wife works at Sugar Grove and loves the environment. I have been visiting regularly and have really enjoyed getting to know the people who live there. It is really a great thing they are doing at Sugar Grove, the compassion and care is unmatched. I never thought I would enjoy this type of environment, but it really is a fun place with a lot of love.
