My parents moved to Stratford Court in January, and I’m so pleased to share how happy they are with their new home. The transition was incredibly smooth, well beyond our expectations, thanks to the kind, supportive, and professional staff who made my parents feel welcome and cared for right from the start. What has meant the most to me is seeing how genuinely happy and at home they are now. My mother is engaged in resident committees and dad is making friends at a men's club, and both have found a renewed sense of community and purpose. During my visit in February, I had the pleasure of meeting PJ Petrovich, the wonderful managing director of Stratford, whose warmth and leadership are clearly reflected in the entire community. I live overseas and it’s a comfort knowing my parents are in a place where they are respected, engaged, and well taken care of. We’re incredibly grateful and highly recommend Stratford Court to anyone considering senior living for their loved ones.

Perhaps posting a public review will finally prompt a response from management. My grandmother has lived at Stratford Court for just over two years. At the two-year mark, her rent was increased by over 16%—more than $500/month. Since then, we’ve made multiple requests to the business office for a detailed billing statement or folio, as have other family members. Not one of us has received a call back. Often, the main phone line doesn’t even connect—just a Verizon message saying the number is unavailable. We are not asking for anything complicated—just basic financial records. The ongoing lack of communication has created growing frustration and legitimate concern.
Stratford Court has kept my mom alive for years. She is 98 now. Living there 11 years. The nursing care is wonderful. The staff and the aids are the kindest people. And then there is Curtis. How to describe Curtis? The most wonderful, empathetic and fun person you could ever hope to meet. Curtis is the man in charge of entertainment and he is very beloved by all. A wonderful man. Dr G. My mother went to Stratford Court after surgery, she is 103 years old, I have never encountered the human quality I found in their staff. No words to describe the caring and understanding the nurses and aids gave to my mother, sweetest people always with a smile ready to help my mother. Office staff is knowledgeable and ready to help with all my questions about Medicare coverage. Thank you very much I will always be grateful to you.
Mom has been at Stratford for almost 4 years and is living her best life. The activities coordinators, Lynn, and Curtis, are amazing, engaging, and provide a variety of lively activities on a regular basis.. This keeps Mom very happy. We couldn’t be more thrilled.
