The staff go above and beyond their job descriptions with their involvement! I appreciate how friendly and caring both the staff and residents are toward everyone. My mother lived here for almost seven years. She moved there because she liked the apartment layouts and the fact, that she didn't need to cook. She stayed because she found a new family here. The staff was always friendly and helpful and I was relieved to know she was in a place she could call home.
My family member moved into the independent living apartments at StoryPoint, in September 2024, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made the transition seamless, offering support and guidance every step of the way. Every promise they made, they delivered on, and they couldn’t be happier with their new home. The entire team is always available, making us feel confident that they are in caring hands. If you’re looking for a well-managed and supportive independent living option, we highly recommend StoryPoint.
Storypoint has been a real godsend for my 95 year old mom. The staff takes great care of her and my sisters and I have great peace of mind knowing she has an eye on her 24/7, and three good meals a day. Mom came from another facility two years ago and this has been a great experience for us all.
They promise you the world when you do the tour but as soon as you’re in here FORGET IT! The only time you see an employee is at the front desk by the bistro. They keep you waiting for hours. If you need any sort of help you’re better dialing 911. You will not find a single employee willing to assist or feed you. At times I wait hours before getting fed. But when you complaint to anyone, they refer you to the janitor. I can’t believe this place is still in business. They need to be shut down. Now they claim to have hired some care givers. That’s just another ploy to scam the elderly out of their hard earned money. Things aren’t done properly and residents aren’t being treated with decency. Majority of the positive reviews on here are paid reviews. I don’t believe an actual resident would leave a positive review on here. They also need to give qualified workers the opportunity and not hire unqualified directors/managers children. UPDATE 11/16/2024 They are now asking people to write false/fake positive reviews to lure innocent families into their heartless and scamming operations.
