Nina, Amber and Melissa are very helpful. Most workers are friendly and helpful but you have to have patience. Not all employees are communicative or smile. Not the friendliest atmosphere in dining. Always seem to be short staffed. Front reception is usually unstaffed on weekends which can be worrisome.

I would highly recommend StoryPoint for anyone who is looking for amazing care for a loved one. The treatment my Dad has received has been amazing. The staff all know him by name (all of the staff), everyone is friendly, and most importantly - it is CLEAN. The chef prepares amazing dishes and the communication has been wonderful - I am always kept up to date with any issues or concerns. I wouldn’t want my dad anywhere else!
This job is a whole joke! They're so behind and out of compliance within their residents down to their employees...they sell families Dreams having them to believe their loved ones will get a certain kind of care..telling them we have certain types of bath tubs, spa tubs ect. Knowing we didn't have those items available for use. So we (caregivers, leads) were stuck having to explain these lies the carrie was telling..these managers will smile in your face nd all along be talking bad about you to the nxt manager.. all managers talk about each other ...the Ed dnt know a thing about what's she's doing..the whole place as a whole is a complete MESS! I hate I ever even accepted the offer. ..not to mention THEY HAD A WHOLE WELLNESS DIRECTOR WHO WASNT EVEN A NURSE!! JUST PATHETIC..they allow residents families to come and hit their moms, take their tv remotes...they tell families one thing and dnt follow up on it...then they cover up the lies with this fake 1440 motto they expect the caregivers to follow but they dnt even follow the 1440 code..they dnt care until corporate is there! Nd the new wellness director...well ASSISTANT DIRECTOR IS UNDER PAID ..SHES DOING A DIRECTORS JOB GETTIN PAID FOR AN ASSISTANT. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE..BUT MAYBE SHE DESERVED IT .SHE WAS FAKE TOO..ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT STAFF TELLIN THEY BIZNIZ TO OTHER STAFF..THIS PLACE IS FULL OF M&MS.....MESSY N MISERABLE EMPLOYEES
Top notch care! Beautiful clean room designs and functional floor plans! Staff is very capable and friendly. A family atmosphere that is evident from the outside and inside. I trust my mom is well cared for!!
