My sister needed respite care in December after being discharged from a rehab facility and with very little lead time she was welcomed as soon as possible. She is now moved in as a permanent resident. Johanna and Sonja who coordinate services and the residences are outstanding; very personable and just great people. The staff that works with my sister treat her like family and she truly enjoys them. They are wonderful, professional people. The food is outstanding, the facility is clean and there are activities to make sure the residents stay active. Its a difficult, life changing decision but if you need assisted living for your loved one, Storypoint gets 5 stars.

My 99 year old father (and World War II veteran) has been fiercely independent all his life but longevity comes at a cost and he finally agreed that he needs a safer living arrangement that takes care of many routine needs. Our search of options in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area included Story Point on the north side of the city. The facility is beautiful, warm and welcoming. Everyone we met, both staff and residents, were friendly and quite cordial. From our initial contact and throughout our evaluation process, it was our good fortune to work with an outstanding young woman who provided tours of the facility, interacted well with my father and generally provided all the information we needed. In the Story Point organization, these folks are "Community Specialists" and ours was a real gem. We found the cost for services to be very competitive against other options while the facility and amenities were clearly superior. The Executive Director worked with us to execute the paperwork and easily fielded all our nuts and bolts questions - another very professional and competent woman. So we're very happy with every step of our journey so far and want give Story Point on Union Chapel Road kudos and a 5 star rating.
I’m the Owner of The Omelet Bar and the staff were incredibly welcoming and easy to work with when it came to vending at their location. All the residents and staff were incredibly happy and kind and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
I recently visited Story Point Fort Wayne North and was truly blown away with every staff member, the cleanliness of the facility and the sweet residents. I toured the facility including model rooms, the salon, the craft room, the dining areas, the courtyard, etc and everywhere I stepped was beautiful, tidy and clean. Every single staff member I came across greeted me with kindness and a smile. I can tell the leadership there runs a flawless operation and has extremely high standards across the board. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a wonderful community for a loved one.
Being apart of the StoryPoint team for over a year now has been wonderful. The residents are like family as well as staff. I couldn’t think of a better atmosphere for the residents and a peace of mind for there families knowing they are taken care of either it be with the wide verify of activities the amenities housekeeping has to offer or the exceptional culinary staff.
