Staff & superiors totally UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE & LAZY nothing but drama & favortisim if you dont “fit” your treated unfair & poorly some of 75% of the night shift staff sleep in cars or in common areas & residents that require alot of assistance multiple times are shoved off & ignored they have residents looked up in nurses offices on “timeout” because they holler wanting out the chairs they are left in 8+ hrs a day & to be completely honest i wouldny pay 1 red cent to have my pet housed here much less my loved one 👎🏽

My Mother has been here going on 2 years. She loves being at StoryPoint and I love that she is here and happy! It is a great facility with wonderful staff. Liz, the Director, really pulls it all together with her love and compassion ❤️ I wouldn't have my Mother anywhere else! PS, My Mother was at another place that cost more and needless to say, she is not there any more.
My grandpa spent the last 3 years of his life at this facility. He was so happy there. He had so many friends. He was the life of the party there and he loved every minute. There are many events and parties for the residents as well as trips.The director Liz is amazing and was so good to grandpa. She in my opinion makes that place what it is. She really cares about the residents.
My mother-in-law has been a resident at StoryPoint for the last two years. Since she has been there, she has been so happy. The activities keep her engaged with people. They create activities for holidays, current events and special things like the eclipse. Everyone, and I truly mean everyone, is caring, loving and supportive of each and every resident regardless if they are in Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care. Mom has said many times that “this isn’t your typical nursing home!” She is living her best life!
Visiting.. lovely facility. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. It was very clean. There is even a window in the hall where you can look into the kitchen which was immaculate. We ate lunch & the food was delicious. I did not actually see any of the apartments. There is plenty of parking & comfortable seating areas scattered around the building.
