Amazingly helpful staff and a beautiful facility! When we began our search for our loved one, Story Point Cordova Memory Care was far and away our favorite place. They had a professional and cheerful staff, and (unlike most facilities we toured) the residents were genuinely engaged and enjoying their activities.. several even told me how much they loved living there. ♥️ Although an unexpected medical event kept our loved one from ever becoming a member of the Story Point family, the admissions team (especially Kari) continued to check on her, and assist us as we navigated the highly stressful decision-making needs for a patient with advanced dementia. They really personalized their assistance and provided many helpful suggestions that we would not have thought through on our own. I highly recommend you consider Story Point for your loved one with dementia.

We put our 89 year old mom in assisted living at Harbor Chase Cordova about 3 weeks ago. I haven’t seen my mom smile so much and be happy in years. She looks forward to breakfast, lunch and dinner to meet with her new friends. Best decision we ever made!!! FYI…. their functions are the BOMB!!!
Memory Care - The Cove We moved my mother into The Cove from another facility. We wish we had moved her sooner. The Cove is so much nicer, open, airy. Residents are free to walk out onto the patio and enjoy being outdoors. We were happy with the care. The nurse, Nancy, interacted really well with the residents, engaging them as she delivered their daily medications. The food was so much better than the facility we left. There was freshly prepared food and mom enjoyed the meals. There is always room for improvement, but overall the care was good and we appreciated the fact that they were working with resident families to improve/address services/care. They held group meetings with the families and had open dialogue. Laquita was always ready to answer questions or help in any way. My mom passed away recently, but my family is glad her last months were at this facility.
Great experience choosing Harbor Chase for my mother-in-law. The team, especially Kari, was amazing. They hosted her twice to help her get to know the place and answered every question we had. She passed before she was able to move in. The team was supportive through this, and if the need arises with another friend or family, I would recommend Harbor Chase.
HarborChase Of Cordova is like a resort with fun loving people. My mother in law fell in love with at the first visit. The residents were welcoming and couldn't wait for her to move in. It was heart warming to see everyone help her adjust to her new environment by getting her engaged in the activities. When we visit it feels like family.
