Recently visited story point and toured the facility, Upon touring I was surprised at the level of cleanliness of the space and the exceptional service provided to its community members! The atmosphere was lively, open, and gave off all around good vibes. I loved getting to see a few of the current residents going about their day to day, noting how many fun activities they provide at story point. I think we all can agree we worry about our loved ones being bored or there being a lack of care, but I can tell story point pays close attention to those details to ensure their residents are happy, well looked after and still get a sense of independence. I also love how accommodating this facility is! If you’re a snowbird this is the perfect place for you to be! You can leave and come back at you own leisure and know your things and space will be well taken care of. Melisa was beyond delightful upon meeting. You can tell she loves her job and is happy to be there. Emily was also a sweetheart as well with her fun personality and attention to detail. All around 5 ⭐️’s for the entire staff and of course the amazing care team!

I recently had the chance to visit StoryPoint, and I was impressed by the welcoming vibe. The staff was super friendly and made everyone feel right at home. It's obvious that the leadership treats their employees well, as everyone seemed genuinely happy and motivated. You can tell they care about the residents and go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place with a strong sense of community, and it’s clear the leadership is doing things right.
Storypoint is a great place to come and live. They have an excellent staff to take care of you. They have fine dining in the evenings. They have many chefs on site for your culinary needs.
Amazing staff that makes everyone feel at home. Beautiful building that's always sparkling clean. StoryPoint Chesterton sets the bar!
I am beyond impressed with the work that is story point. Not only is all the staff kind but they also put so much work into making the residents happy and making story point their second home. I cannot express this place enough for my parents!!
