I have never seen a facility. So beautiful and so nice!! This place is clean and has amazing staff. They train new hires appropriately and based off state guidelines. I have never witnessed a facility, whether it be long-term care or assisted living, treat their staff and residence with the utmost respect as here. The facility is very nice and the rooms are spectacular! The management team there is kind and thoughtful. I 100% recommend Stoneridge at Centerra because of all the above. Karla, Gloria and Mayra are wonderful and from what I've witnessed, all staff there are kind and respectful. All staff work as a team. Whether it be the management team, nursing team, housekeeping or kitchen, this place runs like a team regardless of your position. You will not be disappointed.

My sister and I had an informative initial information gathering meeting and facility tour via Logan today that was outstanding. He answered all our facility, assisted living facility and long term care insurance questions very openly and thoroughly. These seems like an outstanding facility worth looking into.
Generations at Capstone is great! My mom and I have truly lucked into a wonderful facility for people with dementia. The staff is so caring and engaging with the residents and the director is always on it! The facility is lucky to have her! We have always been treated well and now consider them part of our family. I recently recommended them to one of my physicians who was looking for a facility for one of their parents. Dementia is a very hard diagnosis to deal with and they handle their residents with compassion, caring, and the ability to think outside the box to see that they are happy and engaged. Thank you all!!
My grandmother has been a resident in the memory care unit at Capstone Centerra for about 6 months, and it is by far the best place in Loveland. The staff are incredible, we love Cassandra and Fatima, and the Catherine does an amazing job managing everything. Everyone has been nothing but kind and caring to my grandmother and our family. The grounds, food, and outdoor and common areas are wonderful, and we are so happy to have moved her here. Thank you for all you in caring for and loving your residents, especially my grandmother!
My Mom was the seventh resident to move into Capstone memory care about nine months ago. It’s been a real privilege to experience how this new community’s culture has evolved. From the very beginning I have felt that I was a partner with the caregivers, the vibrant life team and Generations director in giving my mom the best care. I love that each member of the team has made the effort to develop a relationship with me and my mom. The caregivers love and care for her unconditionally. The care team is always busy attending to the residents' physical and emotional needs. I have never witnessed a caregiver ignoring a resident's needs, whether it be incontinence care, eating support, emotional care, or a simple warm exchange. I consider these caregivers my partners and friends and I know as our journey continues to the final stage of this illness they will be there with us. I find great comfort in that knowledge. Shift change has become one of my favorite times of the day to witness, as the staff briefly connect to share updates on each resident. The love and care that emanate from each caregiver during this transition are truly heartwarming. The activity team has played a crucial role in creating a vibrant and engaging environment for the residents. Whether it's a craft, a snack, a movie, or the community-favorite karaoke, these activities contribute to the overall well-being of the residents. Catherine the director is my partner in guiding our individual dementia journey. She compassionately delivers the reality of each new phase and the next steps we need to take for my mom. She has firmly but caringly explained when it is time for next steps in incontinence products and clothing, medication changes and adding hospice. It is tough to deliver the hard truths to family members and Catherine does it with grace and honesty. I am grateful to have found this community where I am welcomed each time I visit and where my mom is so respectfully cared for.
