Shout out to this facility for helping my grandmother bounce back from a broken hip. The nursing assistants did a great job in making her feel plenty comfortable and the rehab was great. The only complaint that I have is that she had to share a room with someone who kept their t.v. blaring at all hours of the night.
Minimal to no orientation, no teamwork, ADON never comes out of her office to assist in a time of need. ADON micro manages from her office or smoking behind the building. Wound care nurse does wound care on Friday & never leaves her office. Asks charge nurses to send pics of new wounds. Management will let a floor nurse &/or CNA drown & quit before they will help the staff or resolve the issue. Checks bouncing is a normal thing. Upper management doesn't not even seem concerned because they knew to cash there check last Friday at the company's bank.
This place does not take care of business. My husband passed away June 13. As of March 9 still no refund. Will not return calls. Have heard check is in the mail too many times. Not even we are sorry for your loss but they are happy to keep my $10,000.
Absolutely love the Facility! Staff are very friendly and very helpful and accommodate!
