I wanted to share our personal experiences with the WONDERFUL Staff of Stonebridge Assisted living in Russellville, Arkansas. We were so very Blessed to have been accepted into this “Home” for Seniors. My brother had early onset dementia but could manage on his own for the most part except for medication and cooked meals. We were contacted by a social worker that they were accepting Medicaid Waivers and had a couple of openings, and we applied and he was accepted! I met with Ms Leslie, the Administrator at this amazing place. She was wonderful from the beginning, and she was there for us months later to help get him the care that he needed when he began to have health related issues that required him to be hospitalized. Unfortunately his health deteriorated and we had to relocate him to fit his needs and that was in July 2024. After 4 months of him leaving he passed away last night from his complications. We as his family are so THANKFUL for all of these amazing humans who were there for him and for us. They genuinely care about us. The staff provided the best care for him. He was happy and loved by all of them and the other residents. I hope this helps someone who’s having a hard time making this decision to place their loved one. It’s the hardest thing in the world next to losing them. Go visit this home Away from home anytime day or night. It’s always clean, and the smiling faces and warm atmosphere never changes. They’ll love your person as much as you do and the peace of mind that comes from that is one that’s hard to find. I hope someday that I can live there. The apartment is updated beauty! Separate kitchen and bedroom with a nice spacious bathroom and walk in shower. Go visit them!!

A family member has resided at Stonebridge for nearly 5 years. We appreciate the love the staff has for our family and how well they treat/take care of our loved one. We started at Brookdale and we were dissatisfied with the treatment towards our loved one. Thank you Stonebridge staff in Russellville for your big hearts.
