Adam's Street Place has improved so much. They have to most compassionate and caring staff. Their administrator, director of nursing, assistant director of nursing, mds nurse, and activities director are all INCREDIBLE along with their amazing floor staff. They really care about people and it shows.

I have worked 2 handful shifts for this facility. Administrative staff has NO respect for agency and our work. Workers r good on days and super friendly AND helpful. Administration was rude to workers, nurse and demanding. Situation could have definitely been handled another way. Expects miracle duties out of agency due to our pay. Expects agency to orientate. Will not be returning to this facility.
Horrible care! Warning - do not put your loved one in a StoneBridge facility - especially Oak Tree Villa by Stonebridge. They don’t care. From management all the way down to nursing staff. My father wasn’t even there for two months and fell multiple times because there was no one monitoring him - a non- walker. I had to make them call an ambulance when he was sick and not getting better…only to find out he had a stroke! Had I listened to them, he would be dead now. He never had decent meals; unless cold, hard pizza will suffice for your elderly parent. The nursing lead is cruel and staff not empowered to make any decisions. There is not enough staff or care here. The place is nasty and filthy. Our “new” room had spoiled food and dirt when we moved in! I had to clean the room. The “activity room” remains dark and vacant. Shades are pulled and tv never on. Residents spend mindless days wandering the halls or sitting in their room. When we left, the office staff would not even address our family concerns - not even a form we could fill out. Well, here’s your review! Maybe next time you will find an internal form.
Administrator is hands on listens to strive for improvement always open door for staff to share and input. Residents are like family staff really care give personal time to bring a smile.
Wonderful and caring staff! If you are looking for placement for a loved one please stop by and take a tour. This is truly a homelike environment. Residents have private rooms and are encouraged to bring in personal items to make their room feel like home whether they are there for a short time to receive rehab to go home or for long term care.
