Renters beware, the apartments are very small, they have roaches that they can't get rid of and the elevator on the south side breaks down often and can take as long as 3 months to fix.The trash smells horrific from the weekend til Monday morning. Also the rental office is not so nice.... Beware!!!!

Uncle stayed here for a year. Once he complained that someone tried to break in and his screen had been cut. He told them that he wanted the screen replaced. They charged him for it. Then all of a sudden he's enemy #1. They found any thing and everything to complain about. They did not renew his lease. They said he had to many holes in the wall. Pictures hanging. Then family visited from out if town. They say he had a big party that spilled into the parking lot. 5 family members from NY. A big event OK. His friend from NC visited for 3 weeks while working. Management started asking random women if he was sexually harassing them. To top it off, my uncle went to ask the office manager about the allegations. He is partially paralyzed. He is in his wheel chair. She got really rude and told him everything is true. She said she had people watching him. Very nasty to him. If you have someone here, go there to check on them. I went everyday. I know they lied. I just don't know why. When his AC unit broke wet the carpet. Took 2 weeks to get someone to fix it. The unit smelled awful. I complained. She did not talk to me the way she did him.
Welcoming, Clean and Professional atmosphere, LaCheryl is a gem!! Even though I didn't take the apartment - because I wanted a 2 bedroom and none was available but I was approved at another property. I would HIGHLY recommend Stonebridge Manor for anyone who's retired and want to just enjoy life and it's pleasures.
My husband and I are residing here for two years. No problem at all, great place to live. Management and Maintenance people are very helpful. No complaints at all. When you ask for any repairs they are prompt to take care as soon as possible. Also, we have to understand that the place is big and it might take one day but they are in top of everything. For us it has been a blessing finding this place.
POOR...!!! Lived here 14 years Appartment NEVER Painted!!! Washers and Dryers in ALL Laundry Rooms Broken and Dirty!!! Called Corporate office for a Major Problem in my Apartment ...left for Mr. Starkey VP of Operations....NO CALL BACK!!!
