My mom lived happily at Stonebridge in Burlington for 6 1/2 years. She often told me that she felt it was a great place for her, and she liked (and was liked by) the staff. I recommend this facility/community for anyone looking for assisted living. It's well run, clean, convenient, and responsive. Initially my mom really enjoyed the activities, movies, cookouts, and dining -- and she was involved in the community in many ways for years (resident meetings, writing for the in-house resident publication, etc.). She had minimal needs for daily assistance for many years. At the end of her life (she passed away peacefully at the age of 101 in November 2024) we came to appreciate the caring, professionalism and responsiveness of the aides and the staff as a whole. The nursing staff and aides stepped up in big way as my mom needed more assistance (she was in hospice care in her apartment in Stonebridge when she passed). And the Stonebridge staff collaborated with my mom's medical and hospice team - which was a great contribution during her time of greatest need. I consider my family very fortunate to have found Stonebridge.

My mom has had a great experience since being at Stonebridge. She has been there a little over three years. The facility is beautiful! The staff is awesome and very caring toward the residents. There is always a smile and friendly words when entering the building. Any time there is a question, someone is always there to help. She has made a lot of friends and participates in many activities. I can’t say enough good things about Stonebridge and the staff. Diane D’Innocenzo
When one enters Stonebridge at Burlington, you are home. A warm smile and kind words welcome you. Stonebridge, inside and out, is lovely, inviting, clean and polished (especially the Grand Piano)! Engagement is easy. The activities and offerings are plenty; there is something for everyone. Most of all, the community of Stonebridge, the residents and the employees, from the Front Desk to the Front Office, the Directors and Staff of Wellness, Engagement, Culinary, Maintenance and Avita are what makes Stonebridge home. Where everybody knows your name.
My Mother is in the memory care unit within Stonebridge at Burlington, and in the past 2 yrs Jim, the head of the unit, has and continues to do an excellent job. He has a great routine for the residents there, constantly finding ways for them to move, to learn, to listen and to participate. They are often a part of major celebrations in the main part of Stonebridge too, and my Mom loves the warm weather months when she can go out to their special outdoor patio, help plant flowers, see what's growing. Living outside of MA makes it hard for me, yet Jim helps immensely, sending me a quick text when she's running low on needed supplies, etc. There is also an Onsite Dental Care and Eye Care that comes to Stonebridge too-makes it easier. My Mother is dairy free and they work with me. I'm glad to know their ice cream is one that she can have. And when she moved in, as she will again, everyone helped! Their help with hanging pictures, measuring side tables, and moving when she was not in her room was something I am so grateful for. Nanci Burtman
Having three family members as residents at Stonebridge at Burlington gives us the opportunity to see all facets of the property. The facility is beautiful. Everyone who visits leaves feeling like the were just at a high end hotel. The staff at Stonebridge go above and beyond to attend to all the residents. The activities and outings are so well done and varied that we never know what to expect next! Proms, Gala's, BBQ's and even the Olympic Games this week! Amazing!
