Our beloved mom, Peggi Scholl, truly loved living here. Stone Oak became more than just a residence—it was a warm and welcoming community that brought her immense joy and comfort. We are especially grateful to Melissa, Liz, and the many other kind and dedicated members of the staff who made her feel so cared for and valued. (I'm sorry I can't remember all of the names) Mom also cherished the many friendships she formed here, which enriched her days with laughter, companionship, and support. I really enjoy the community camaraderie. There are lots of fun activities. We just had high tea yesterday and I was able to invite one of my friends. The place is beautiful with lovely decorations that change with the seasons. There is also a weekly Bible study that is now studying the Psalms. This is a great place to live.
I love it here! So many fun activities and lots of different card games to play. Everyone is so friendly and caring. There is a real sense of community here. The apartments are nice and all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. We have lived here 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience.
I have lived at Stone Oak for 6 years - the first 5 with my husband. It has been such a wonderful home during that time and our children always say it is such a blessing to our family. It is with mixed emotions that I am moving to another town to be closer to family. I will miss this beautiful community, the activities and friends I’ve made and the kindness of the entire staff. I can’t recommend Stone Oak highly enough.
My mother has lived at Stone Oak for one and a half years. The staff is very accommodating and professional. It’s the best place for my mother to maintain her independence. They have what I call an emergency button bracelet for residents to wear if they need to call for help. It has given our family a great peace of mind to know our mother has everything she needs.
